Located in central Zhejiang, Yiwu is known for China International Trade Mart, which ranks the first in China in term of market business volume. The city boasts vital economy and numerous SMEs. As a result, it has a multitude of legal issues and disputes. Yiwu Office of Zhejiang Wulian Law Firm was registered and founded in Oct. 2006 and was officially opened for business on Jan. 11th, 2007. In order to ensure better development and expansion of the office in early stage, Wulian headquarter dispatched three lawyers, i.e. He Yiqi, Sheng Yufeng and Xu Yuquan to Yiwu office. Since its establishment, the office has received vigorous support from local judicial and administrative departments in Yiwu. Finally, the office was settled at No.236 Chengzhong West Road of Yiwu. At present, the branch office has three practicing lawyers, one assistant lawyer and one secretary.  

He Yiqi and Sheng Yufeng ever participated in modification of the large-scale BOT Project Jilian Expressway Franchising Contract, five rounds of negotiation and final drafting work as the lawyers of the investors. Xu Yuquan ever participated as professional in the occupation disease and personal injury research organized by provincial political consultative conference and Jinhua municipal departments in Yiwu. He Yiqi also participated in the ‘assistance and reeducation team’ organized by the local judicial department and made his due contribution to the assistance and reeducation of the offenders under labor reforms.
