Since being a lawyer, he hashandled over 1,500 various kinds of cases. He once acted as the leader of thebankruptcy liquidation group (bankruptcy manager) and hosted the implementationof bankruptcy and the liquidation of seven companies. He once acted as theperennial legal consultant of dozens of companies such as Hangzhou XinshengReal Estate Co., Ltd., Beingmate, Hangzhou Shangcheng Investment Group Co.,Ltd., Shirley Holding Group, General Office of National People's Congress ofHangzhou City, Jinfuchun Group Co., Ltd.

Main cases:

1. Heonce was employed to act as the perennial legal consultant of XX company ofHangzhou City and handled the disputes between the building and 100 housepurchasers individually in the full charge of Mr. He. Based on his coordinationwith related government institutions of Fujian Province, finally the buildingwas reconstructed successfully.

2. Heonce acted as the agent of Mr. Huang, the citizen from HK, to file a lawsuitagainst a real estate development company in Hangzhou City about the realestate development cooperation contract dispute and recovered the fund of aboutRMB 20 million for the entruster.

3. Heonce acted as the special service lawyer of a tourism development company inZhejiang City and provided the company with law services in terms of itsdevelopment and construction of a land with an area of 387mu in an island ofHangzhou Thousand Island Lake and no dispute has occurred so far.

4. Heonce acted as the agent of a tobacco company of Zhejiang Province to file alawsuit against a company from Hangzhou City in terms of the sales contract.The tobacco company lost the lawsuit in the first instance. With efforts ofhim, finally the Superior People's Court of Zhejiang Province rejected thelawsuit of the company from Hangzhou City.

5. Heonce acted as the agent of a combined transport company of Jiaxing City to filea lawsuit against Mr. Tang and Mr. Yang from a group company of ZhejiangProvince and a technology company of Zhejiang Province in terms of retrial ofthe loan contract. Finally, the Superior People's Court of Zhejiang Provinceadopted the opinion of Mr. He and repealed the retrial sentence of theIntermediate People's Court of Jiaxing City and the case was sentenced again.
