He was dispatched to work in theLegal Consultant Office of Hangzhou City (renamed as the 1st Law Firm ofHangzhou City latter) at the end of 1984. He obtained the lawyer's license in1985. Afterwards he was dispatched to the legal consultant office of HangzhouCity in 1986 to participate in the foundation of the Foreign Trade Law Firm ofHangzhou City (now it has been renamed as T & C Law Firm of ZhejiangProvince). 1988 - 1989, he took the English training course for foreign affairsof the Ministry of Justice held by the Ministry of Justice for one year inBeijing. He participated in the senior lawyer training course held by theMinistry of Justice in Beijing in 1992. He was recruited as the arbitrator ofthe Technology Contract Arbitration Commission of Zhejiang Province in 1992 andwas recruited as the arbitrator of Hangzhou Arbitration Commission in 1996. Hewas dispatched to the 2nd Law Firm of Hangzhou City (now it has been renamed asZhejiang Xingyun Law Firm) in 1993 and acted as the director. He obtained thequalification for lawyers' participation in law affairs about securitiesjointly confirmed by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities RegulatoryCommission in 1993. He founded Zhejiang New Continental Law Firm in the end of1995 and acted as the director. He obtained the level-I lawyer's license in1998. He and HE Liming, TONG Songqing, QU Kuanhai and WU Baojian jointlyfounded Zhejiang Wulian Law Firm in 2000. He once acted as the 1st session ofperson in charge of the business and the 2nd session of chief partner and theperson in charge of the director. He is mainly engaged in the economy legalservice since he became a lawyer. He once acted as the legal consultant of near100 enterprises and public institutions such as Hangyang Group, West LakeInternational Expo Hangzhou China, China Unicom (Hangzhou Branch), HangzhouJinsong Washing Machine Co., Ltd. He once acted as the proceeding agent of over200 economic cases and the defender of economic crime cases. He hasparticipated in the establishment, system reform and merger of new 100 largestockholding companies and joint ventures. For his hardworking spirit andoutstanding performance, he once was rated as the One of the Ten OutstandingLawyers of Zhejiang Province and One of the Ten Outstanding Lawyers of HangzhouCity. He once made the third-class contributions to the judicial andadministrative system. He is especially good at the foreign economic service,security law affairs service and industrial property rights and legal service.
