Onthe afternoon of May 6, 2018, Hangzhou Legal Association finance committee heldthe seminar of "new asset management regulations ", which attractednearly 100 lawyers and other personnel from asset management institutions toattend.

LawyerShen, deputy director of the finance committee, attended the meeting and made atheme speech about "The logic and background of new asset managementregulation ".

Dueto the attendees were mostly lawyers, after analyzing the macroeconomicbackground, economic policy background and industrial development background,lawyer Shen compared and analyzed the difference between the official versionand the opinion version to help understanding the regulatory attitude and logicof the asset management industry

OnMay 17, 2018 in the evening, lawyer Shen was invited to teach in the ‘FaxunFinance’ WeChat official account by a famous financial consultancy- ShanghaiFaxun Financial Information Service co., LTD. The central topic of this courseis ‘The logic and background of new asset management regulation’. Due to theattendees were mostly financial lawyers and personnel from asset managementinstitutions, lawyer Shen professionally designed and expand the coursecontent. The course can be divided into four parts, which is asset managementindustry background, the logic of the new asset management regulations, thechanges and the influence of the new asset management regulations. Afteranalyzing the economic background, policy background, asset managementbackground and the industry background of the new asset management regulationsfrom four dimensions which is China's macro-economic data, central economicpolicy adjustment, financial supervision policy adjustment and the developmenthistory of the asset management industry. Lawyer Shen vividly on the macrolevel, showed the role of asset management industry in China's economicdevelopment and the existing problems, and on this basis, lawyer Shen statedthe regulatory logic behind the new regulations.

LawyerShen predicted the development of asset management industry, and provided thedynamic logical analysis framework of marco-economic data, central economicpolicy, regulatory filings and supervision of window guidance.
