On December 3, 2017, Zhejiang Wulian LawFirm was entrusted by Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School for the thirdconsecutive year to undertake the teaching task of "legal negotiation"course for the graduate students of this school. Zhejiang Wulian Law Firmdispatched seven professional lawyers, who are senior partner lawyer ShenYufeng, partner lawyer Shen Wenwen, partner lawyer Shan Liping, partner lawyerXiao Xi, partner lawyer Zhang Jianqi, partner lawyer Zhu Feng and lawyer LiZigen, went to the Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School to teach.

The one-day course of legal negotiationpractice is arranged at Zeng Xianzi Building and No. 7 Building in ZhijiangCampus of Zhejiang University. The Wulian group has carefully set up thecurriculum: in the morning, lawyer Shen Yufeng is in charge of the teaching oflegal negotiation theory, teaching about the basic knowledge of legalnegotiation, preliminary preparation, negotiation points and practical caseanalysis. In the afternoon, lawyer Shen Wenwen (foreign-related group)， Lawyer Xiao Xi (Civil Section), LawyerShan Liping (Securities Section), Lawyer Zhang Jianqi (Commercial Section),Lawyer Zhu Feng (Financial Section) and Lawyer Li Zigen (Company Section) arein charge of this project. Lawyers of different professions conducted instructionon practical training through designing cases, simulating negotiations, on-sitecomments and internal exchanges according to their respective professionalfields.

During the course of the lecture, thepractical and interesting teaching of the lawyers received applause and warmpraise from the students. The cooperation between Zhejiang Wulian Law Firm andZhejiang University on legal negotiation practice has been successful.

After this lecture, Zhejiang Wulian LawFirm will continue to work closely with Zhejiang University Law School, givingfull play to the advantages of the Wulian Law Firm as a large-scale andcomprehensive Law Firm in Zhejiang Province, helping the law school tocultivate more outstanding legal talents combining theory with practice, andproviding an excellent talent reserve for the long-term development of the WulianLaw Firm.
