He participated in national unified examinationof lawyer's license and got the lawyer's license in 1988 and starting practicein 1993. He once served as full-time enterprise legal consultant of departmentof legal affairs of large state-owned enterprises as well as joining ZhejiangWulian Law Firm in 2002. He is economic manager and Level-III lawyer.
