Mr. Yu, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,Enterprise Management and Economic Law, LL.B and Bachelor's degree ofEconomics, 2004, Zhejiang University, LL.M.

He obtained Level-III lawyer qualification in 2001 andwon the title of Annual Youth Post Expert of Hangzhou Judicial andAdministrative System in 2001. He was the representative of the fourth and thefifth Lawyer Representative Assembly in Hangzhou, the representative ofHangzhou Lawyers Association of the Communist Party of China as a Party Member,the member of Hangzhou City Law Society and the liaison officer of HangzhouArbitration Commission. Mr. Yu held the post of guest lawyer of legalinterpretation of many TV programs including Interpret Law to You of ZhejiangTV, the house property program called Qianjiang Evening News, Legal Point ofView of Zhejiang TV, etc.

He successively held the post of Party BranchSecretary of Jiangnan Law Firm of the Communist Party of China and Wulian LawFirm, and now is the Party Branch Secretary of Wulian Law Firm. When being thefirst Party Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Wulian Law Firm of the Communist Partyof China, the Branch of Wulian Law Firm won the honorary title of AdvancedBasic-level Party Organization directly under the Authority of Hangzhou City in2001. Mr. Yu also won the title of Outstanding Party Worker awarded by theParty Committee of Lawyers Association in 2002, the title of CPC OutstandingMember of the Communist Party of Hangzhou Lawyers Association in 2011.

In addition, hewas praised as Lawyer with Outstanding Work of 'Lawyers Entering the Community'of Hangzhou City in 2010-2011 by CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee GeneralOffice and Hangzhou Municipal Government General Office. He became a lawyerimmediately after graduation, and won recognitions of party concerned and peersof the legal profession with the down-to-earth way of being a people andhandling matters.
