He actedas the legal consultant to the General Office of the Hangzhou MunicipalPeople's Congress, Hangzhou SASAC, West lake expo office, Shangcheng DistrictDevelopment and Reform Bureau and other government departments, and advised onthe work of government agencies.

Since hehandled bankruptcy liquidation began in 2009, five bankruptcies and threeforced liquidation cases have been handled, such as the bankruptcy cases ofHangzhou Clutch Co., Ltd., Zhejiang China Silk Culture Center Co., Ltd.,Hangzhou Huayou Cable Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Wanzhong Paper Industry Co., Ltd.,and Zhejiang Green Technology Co., Ltd. and the liquidation cases for HangzhouTianma Washing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yibai Automobile Sales Co., Ltd.,Hangzhou Hongkun Logo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. During handling the case, he fullytook into account the interests of the employees and creditors of the bankruptenterprises, and made every effort to maximize the assets. The final results ofhandling cases were unanimously praised by the workers and creditors.

He acted as the Secretary-General of the Intellectual Property Committeeof Zhejiang Lawyers Association and a founding member of the IntellectualProperty and Information Network Business Committee of the Hangzhou LawyersAssociation. He handled the copyright infringement dispute case that BeijingBirdy Culture Communication Co., Ltd. complained against Shanghai ZhouxinInformation Technology Co., Ltd. The case was rated as top-ten classic cases ofintellectual property rights in 2011 by Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court.
